Ingredients
20 g of black lemon (to reduce to powder) / 200 g of fresh goat's cheese / Chopped pistachios / 2 teaspoons of Black Gold
Instructions
- Start by grinding the black lemons into powder, then set aside.
- Place cling film on your work surface and place your goat cheese on it.
- Wrap the cheese in the film then roll it into a log shape.
- Incise the log along its entire length.
- Sprinkle it with chopped pistachios then a drizzle of Or Noir.
- Close gently.
- Roll the log in the black lemon powder to coat it well.
