Fig Apple Cinnamon Jam: For this Boteh, Nasrin chose to transcribe his fig tart recipe into a preparation reminding him of his childhood memories

Raspberry Pistachio Geranium Jam: The geranium provides roundness to this very fresh blend and the pistachio provides a soft and delicious texture in the mouth. Egyptian geranium has the particularity of coating the palate with a sweet floral flavor.

Pink Raspberry Litchi Jam:Lychee adds a fragrant and sweet touch, reducing the acidity of the raspberry, making it softer, and avoiding too high a sugar content. The rose spices up this blend and adds length to the palate.
