How we collect and verify reviews

At Maison Boteh, the reviews displayed on our product pages come from customers who have actually placed an order.

Collection linked to a real purchase
After receiving your order, an invitation to leave a review is sent to you by email via our specialized partner Judge.me. Each review is thus linked to a verified order and is marked "Verified Purchase".

Faithful publication
Reviews are published as they were written, without modification of their content. The rating displayed for each product is the actual average of the published reviews.

Moderation
We only remove a review if it violates basic rules: abusive or illegal comments, spam, off-topic content, or reviews that do not correspond to a real purchase. Disagreement or criticism is never a reason for deletion.
