Recipe for 2 people
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients :
2 fillets of sea bream (or another white fish of your choice) / 20 cl of liquid cream / Zest and juice of 1/5 lemon / 1 pinch of saffron / 5 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions :
- Heat a pan with the oil, then place the fish fillets. Cook for a few minutes on each side, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, heat the cream. Add the salt, pepper, lemon zest and lemon juice. Add the saffron pistils (powdered or whole) then mix until you obtain a smooth cream.
- Arrange the fish fillets on a plate and pour the cream over them.
