Preparation time: 35 minutes
Ingredients
5 heads of garlic / Olive oil / Salt and pepper / 1 heaping tablespoon of almond powder / 1 teaspoon of Black Gold
Instructions
- Cut the tops of your garlic heads.
- Pour oil on each of them.
- Bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Once roasted, remove the garlic from the oven and squeeze the flesh into a bowl.
- Add the almond powder, Or Noir and olive oil.
- Mix using a fork to crush the ingredients together.
