Ingredients
6 scallops / 25g butter / 2 tablespoons olive oil / 2 teaspoons raspberry - rose - lychee jam / 2 tablespoons vinegar of your choice / Salt and pepper to season

 

Instructions

- Start by melting the butter in a pan, add the olive oil, then brown the scallops, turning them several times on each side.

- Once the scallops are perfectly cooked, remove them from the pan and place them delicately on a plate.

- In the same pan, add the raspberry jam and vinegar. Let the magic happen as these flavors come together.

- To further enhance your creation, do not hesitate to add fruits, vegetables, or fresh herbs to accompany the scallops.
